I feel like sequins have a special way of making (almost) everything better. They have the ability to add sparkle to an other wise dull day and almost always put a smile on my face. So since I needed a little bit of sparkle to 'shine' up my snowy street I grabbed my newly minted sequin moto jacket (from thredUP, they have some amazing holiday finds, go now, I'll wait...) and other favorite closet essentials like my faux leather skirt, knee boots and cozy sweater and slid out into the snow to add just a touch of shimmer..
So of course, since I'm all about sequins this week it must only mean that this week's Kotex U Decide The Trend's theme is based on embellishments, so go grab your fiercest embellished piece (yes, you can even bring out those sequin leggings you shamelessly bought a few years back - I would've but I think I have enough going on here..) and snap a picture to win!
