I just picked up this adorable dress at Target the other day for $15, when I went to investigate the Zac Posen sale items. Hit and Miss, Er...But this is a hit, It comes in an assortment of floral prints and colors for just $15. The deal makers for me were the (non smocking) elastic WAIST band, the light airy cotton and the ruffle trim. I love ruffles, but you knew that already. And I really can't get enough color lately (and my new berry satchel, love it), I'm trying to convince my self it might be too much and I need to go back to my neutral black every now and again - with a pop of color of course. We'll see.
I paired a satin trim cardigan with my newly acquired dress and nude peep toes. Added a belt at the waist, but I think I'll use a different belt next time being that this one is a little big for my waist and I don't love the cognac with this. Maybe color, just kidding, well maybe.
