Pairing brown and black has always been a kind of taboo in the fashion world, mainly because all these old fashioned rule that have 'thought' up. It never ceases to amaze me on how things change, and what was once a no-no is now a trend. From pairing camel with grey to mixing prints, it's all making a comeback. Though I still get weary about pairing brown with black it's ok to do it every now and then, perhaps by using a cognac belt on a black ensemble or like today's look brown and black stripes.
Since it was a tiny bit warmer today I threw on the striped sweater over rolled up slouchy jeans, adding leopard print pumps, boyfriend blazer and a colorful bag to complete the look.
