Let's be real, who doesn't love a good chocolate chip cookie? (Ok, perhaps more people than I'd like to admit...)
I'm talking about the warm, chewy and chocolatey type that goes perfectly paired with an ice cold glass of milk as you sit back and unwind.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F ( 190 degrees C)
2. Sift together in a large bowl flour, baking soda and salt.
3.To this add sugars, egg, vanilla extract and butter. Beat until smooth and well blended.
Stir in chocolate chips
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden colored. Cool on wire rack.
Yum Yum Yum! I've been baking & having way too many sweets this week, but maybe I could add in one more before the weekend is over!
