I love the topknot look - but as you know, my hair is too thin (and currently, too short) to pull it off. I will have to try this. Hopefully my hair will cover up a sock. Doubtful. Ohhhhh Megan. Beautiful hair = beautiful woman. wahhhhhh. Don't think I haven't tried on a wig before. I look gorgeous in them. Hehe

I was always curious about how those donuts really work and now I know. Thanks to you. And the sock is a great idea, and cheaper than the donut thingy. It seems easy. I should try it.
I agree with Ying - you look gorgeous in this video & your outfit pics don't do your beauty justice! I have something similar that I bought at Sally Beauty Supply that looks like a donut brillo pad and I use it the same way! :)

I love the sock bun method! I have been wearing this style since I was a kid, and it never gets old. There are so many ways to dress up a regular bun too (ie. wrap a braid around it etc), so that is just another reason this is a chic hairstyle.
I love the blazer you are wearing in the video, by the way!
