I love when clothing has little pops of surprise, a sequin, ruffle or even touch of lace like this cream peter pan collared top from Fancy French Cologne. Contrasting lace lining the collar gives the perfect pop of chic to an otherwise simplistic blouse, which is the perfect pairing for these pants.
