There's just something about polka dots that do it for me, whether they're in the form of a dress, blouse or even this fabulous pair of tap shorts from Fancy French Cologne. I feel like the navy and tan in these flouncy little devils is the perfect pairing for just about everything in my closet, giving me a break from typical black and white spots. What do you think?
