Last week, the toddler and myself had a hankering for doing a little baking but since we were due for grocery shopping the cupboard was lacking the usual ingredients. So after searching around, we stumbled across a graham cracker crust I'd been saving for my famous key lime pie (here), one of the many dark chocolate bars my husband has stashed and some 'older' mini marshmallows. And since making S'mores was the only clear choice (not to mention clean up friendly)...
So we threw together our ingredients, baked in the oven for 8-10 minutes on 350˚ and voila! S'mores Pie..
"S'Mores Pie
Graham Cracker Crust
Marshmallows
Chocolate Bar or Chocolate Chips
Ice Cream - Optional"
Now, obviously we could've used more chocolate and more marshmallows, but what we lacked in that department, we more than made up in the ice cream department, after all it is summer, right? Turns out Aiden had more fun making and eating it than I did...
Me encanta, y parece fácil, lo voy a probar.
Besos.
