And while I spent most the week snapping images of the looks on the runway and behind the scenes, I also got a couple of chances to get in front of the camera thanks to Style Coalition, StyleItOnline and MyStyleGenie (which you'll be seeing soon!).
First was my second home during fashion week the Style Coalition Lounge at the Empire (first, being the Gem) , where I got to spend time with my favorites and hear designers discuss their upcoming collections, Carmen Marc Valvo being one.
We also were treated to on site manis, hair and makeup. How fun are these waves? And don't be fooled these bloggers, they're the real deal.
And then there was the HPxProject Runway Reunion Party where I got to meet my favorite contestants, spending the night with my gorgeous and inspiring mentor (and soon to be fellow mommy), The Budget Babe...
and my grandmother mentor, Style It Online, this woman people, this woman...
Of course we met Andre, and refrained from asking about Red Lobster, it was hard. really hard.
I also spied Lela Rose after the show, Look.At.That.Necklace!
And then there was my favorite look from The Rebecca Minkoff show (more to come)..
