This week alone I've made four different batches of muffins, between the boys and I we've been on this major kick. One idea that really stood out to me this week happened to be my attempt to make my cookie recipe into muffins, and actually accomplished it without fail. Lucky for me they were a cross between a brownie and a muffin - dessert for breakfast, er, all day, yes please! Also, these babies only need 3 ingredients!
Nutella Muffins
2/3 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
and
1 Cup Nutella
Preheat Oven to 350˚
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix until smooth...
Fill up muffin tins to 2/3 Full...
Bake for 15 Minutes...
Voila! Nutella Muffins - You could even pass these off as cupcakes with a little Nutella or Coconut Oil Frosting smeared on them!
yammy yammy !!!
Omgsssh, Nutella in any recipe is going to AMAZING
Trendy Teal
... um what?! These look incredible! And quite simple to make, actually!
Now, this is why i never do these things at home. I would eat them all, and want more. Delicious.
