DIY Cropped Top

Cropped tops are just about everywhere these days, I know I own my fair share of them and love pairing them with all things high waisted, especially for summer. And while I love collecting them, the price for the cut off shirt isn't entirely budget savvy, especially when you keep adding them to your closet, oops! So of course the best way to join in on a budget is to recycle right on out of your always expanding closet. While I'm sure just about everyone has posted a diy of some sort in regards to the trend of the moment, it never hurts to add another, especially when all it takes is a couple of steps.
