For me a short black flowing dress is just as much of a summer essential as color and prints. It's one of those items you can just throw on with sandal and a pretty necklace and call it a day, or dress it up with an array of accessories like fabulous heels for a night on the down or a quiet date. While I probably have more than the needed essentials in my closet, I couldn't help but want to bring this fun addition to my closet to play dress up for day and for night.
Here's Two Ways To Wear One Dress..
For day, I opted for bohemian casual complete for a trip to the farmer's market with fringe, leather woven sandals and the printed head scarf (also, check out Tadashi Shoji style tips & tutorials for more ways to style scarfs!)
For a quick night out, I threw the dress on with a statement pair of ikat platforms and a simple, structured little black bag. I added a pop of gold to peak out from my hair, and called it done.
How do you love to wear your little black dress for day and night? Have a fabulous weekend.
Day: Spiegel Dress, Steve Madden Bag, Target Scarf
Night: Shoemint Shoes, Spiegel Dress, Calvin Klein Bag

The fringe bag and the headband together are so cool. And that dress is beautiful. You have such amazing legs and that hair shines in the sun so wonderfully. Great sandals too.
