Now more than ever Hot chocolate is a necessity in my household. Sure, I love my lattes and occasionally drink coffee or tea, but hot cocoa, it's my jam. Warm, creamy chocolatey goodness in drinking form on a frigid winter day, oh yes please. Even thinking about it makes my day better. So when David was whipping us up our daily cup, we opted to make some changes in our routine by adding a little more spice, ginger. The perfect kick of flavor, with some healthy properties.

Cinnamon Ginger Hot Chocolate - Serves 2
2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Sugar Or Honey
2- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa or Cacao Powder
1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Fresh Ginger, Grated
In a saucepan, heat the milk on medium heat stirring occasionally. Add in the sugar and cocoa, and stir until clumps are no longer visible.
