Summer Nail Color Under $15

With Summer just around the corner it's time to start thinking about adding a little more color to my mani - pedis line up. You know, now that it's officially sandal season and all. So, I've been playing around with my favorite hues to try for the summer, and at under $15. As you may have noticed (via Instagram) I just can't seem to keep the Lavender shade off my fingers, and toes. It's just too pretty, and lasts for what seems like forever.
