As far as essentials go, I try to keep my closet stocked with fun white dresses. Honestly, who knows when the mood (or occasion) will strike, and having a few to choose from makes a world of difference. My newest addition? This lace flared sleeve dress from Chicwish. It hits all of the right spots with me - retro, lace, and not shortage of fun, just length. A classic retro mini. You could probably say I'm doing my very best to channel my inner Megan Draper, or really, Joan Holloway with the oversized sunglasses and bag.
