Oh hey, there's a new dry shampoo in town and you need to prepare yourself to be won over. One of my biggest peeves when it comes to one of the biggest things in beauty is the annoying white, chalky residue that the spray and powders leave behind. The amount of rubbing I have to do to blend the magical oil-absorbing powders of dry shampoo in my hair is borderline annoying- especially on this red head. Somehow, it stands out more on my fiery locks and occasionally makes my roots look a little pink. I mean, I guess that wouldn't be all bad on the right occasion, like Coachella or something. I can't be the only one right? Come on... Well, are you ready for this? No seriously, this news is that good.
Drybar just created their Drybar Whipped Dry Shampoo Foam. Yep, gone are the days of spraying and dumping tons of powder all over your coif to make it look refreshed. The Detox Whipped Dry Shampoo is an ultra-light powderless dry shampoo foam that goes without a hitch to absorb oil, add volume and most importantly, refresh your hair, so you can extend that blowout for another couple of days. Or in my case, stretch it an entire week.

Guys, it's amazing and it might take some convincing to get me back to powder after giving this a spin. First of all, you only need a tiny bit and it comes out just like mousse. Which, might be a little off-putting at first, but you have to trust me on this one, it's good. You just massage it gently into dry hair at the roots. The instructions say to work vigorously until the foam disappears, but I would hardly call it work, especially when comparing it to the effort I put in for the powders. It disappears pretty quickly and any 'damp' feeling in your hair dries quickly without messing up your do'. The fresh scent doesn't hurt either...
