I'm all about a sweet and savory recipe. It basically kills two birds with one stone: I'm a sucker for all things sweet and salty. This prosciutto and brie baguette is the perfect brunch and/or lunch recipe that tackles both your sweet and salty fix on even the coldest of winter days. First you start with some melted brie on a toasted baguette and finish with a drizzle of honey. One bite and you're going to be begging for seconds, thirds, and fourths.
Prosciutto and Brie Baguettes with Fresh Peaches and Honey Drizzle
1 Large Baguette
1 Pkg. Prosciutto
8 oz. Brie
1 Peach Sliced
1 Cup of Arugula
Honey
Preheat Oven to 350˚.
On a cookie sheet add halved baguette with sliced brie and 2-3 prosciutto slices.
Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Add arugula. I love the crunchy bitterness with brie and (un)cured meats.
Add peach slices
It already looks amazing, right?
Now for the honey drizzle. Guys, trust me on this. It makes the sandwich.
Close and enjoyyyyy. Have seconds on hand because it's THAT good.
